Suggest Medication For Erectile Dysfunction

hi. dear doctor, I had bypass coronary in 15 years ago. it is few month that I have not erection. doctor said me try not to use Viagra beacause I have hypertention. and I use drugs like ace (Dioone).nitrate,cardevilol.metformin, etc, what is the best way you recommend me? tks.

You have been operated for Coronary bypass surgery 15 years back and have been facing problem of Erectile Dysfunction .

Since you are taking medication (Dioone) which contains Nitrate using Viagra to get erection will be very risky and may invite serious cardiac events like MI.

In a given situation you can try other method like using Vacuum Pump Device to get erection .However most of the people those who use this device are not happy as it has its own hazards and there are chances of mechanical failure .Hence I would suggest you to undergo a surgery to put Penile Implant Prosthesis .This will resolve the issue for forever and will help you to have enjoyable sex and to satisfy your partner .
