Suggest Medication For Enlarged Spleen,dark Stools And Blood

hello doctor,my wife having problem of enlarge spleen for the last 3 years every six months she has to be given six units of blood and at the same time her stool is also black and trace of blood at same time no bleeding seen GI, capsule endoscope done and functional imaging is done only find spleen full of blood

Splenomegaly is due to some chronic or recurrence infection and the spleen may need to be removed. Cardiopulmonary disease may also cause the spleen enlargement, the underlying cause is a matter of concern and regressing to normal size is less likely.
