Suggest Medication For Dizziness & Vomiting

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Very dizzy and light headed when I got out of bed. Nausea followed by severe vomiting. The vomiting was so forceful that I also had a bowl movement at the same time. This happened first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. The vomit was smooth and a yellowish and greenish colour.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The problem what you are facing of dizziness and vomiting could be due to 'vertigo'.
It is an inner ear problem. You can take tablet containing Cinnarizine.
If vertigo is caused by an infection or inflammation, antibiotics or steroids may reduce swelling and cure infection.
It can be also due to benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). It occurs when tiny calcium particles (canaliths) clump up in canals of the inner ear. It is recommend to do a series of specific head and body movements to move the calcium deposits out of the canal into an inner ear chamber so they can be absorbed by the body.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
