Suggest Medication For Dizziness Due To High Blood Pressure

My 85 year old Dad in Africa who is ordinarily healthy except for controlled high blood pressure was having dizzy spells and the doctor there prescribed Donepezil hydrochloride, stugeron (25mg), and tocovid subrabio (200mg). He has taken it for over 2 weeks now and he seems to be seeing no results. How good are these medicines in treating the symptom?
