General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.

Thanks for your query.

Noted the history and understood the concerns. Since you are taking so many concentrates, food supplements and vitamins the bowels are loaded with the things that are difficult to digest or tolerate and hence must be the cause of loose stools.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Send the sample of stool for three consecutive days.
Tests of blood for CBC, vitamins and mineral to see whether you needs so many supplements, thyroid, liver and pancreatic functions and as advised by your Doctor, preferably a Gastroenterologist.
Stop all the supplements and revert back to usual normal diet and see the changes.
If there is any evidence of an infection, get a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics.
If still there is no relief you can go for CT scan of abdomen and colonoscopy with biopsy and get treated accordingly.

Take care.
