Suggest Medication For Depression

Hi I have depression problems an my doctor gave me the following:
Paroxetine ER+ clonazepam IR Capsuls
Citicoline tablets 500mg
Choenzyme-T
Fluoxetine HCL & Alprazolam tablets
Clonazepam tablet ip 0.5mg ( they said this is for emergency)
They gave me these after a MRI BRAIN SCAN, please can you explain if they're good and what do they do?

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

There is no need to give paroxetine and fluoxetine together as both these drugs are from same group of antidepressant. Better to take either of one. I would suggest paroxetine due to its earlier onset of action. Rest, there is no issue in prescription and you can take them.

Thanks
