General & Family Physician 's  Response
Constipation is mostly due to bad dietary habits. It is better to control your constipation in a natural ways. You should include fiber in your diet. I tell you dietary sources of fibers. Cremaffin contains magnesium sulfate and paraffin oil. You can ask pharmacist about its content in Poland. Pharmacist will give you a substitute. Or you can use lactulose. Food sources of fibers are:
e.     Legumes – split peas, lentils, black beans, lima beans, and baked beans
f.     Vegetables – green peas, broccoli, and sprouts
g.     Whole grains – barley, bran flakes, oatmeal, and brown rice
h.     Fruits – raspberries, pears, and apples
Advice
1.     Syrup lactulose 2 teaspoonful per oral at bed time
2.     Divide your meals into smaller portions and eat them frequently during the day
Thanks
