I am on the following prescription Medications: Atorvastatin (Lipitor) 40 mg / evening Cartia XT (Diltiazem) 120 mg / evening (take extra if needed for a-fib) Flecainide (Tambocor) 50 mg / morning and evening Xarelto (Rivaroxaban) 20 mg / evening What OTC drugs can I take/not take for the common cold?

After going through your medication ongoing.
I would suggest tablet chlorpheniramine and tablet cetrizine for common cold.
It's safe to take with above mentioned medicine.
