Tuesday PM I passed a lot of blood when I went to pee before bed. The same night, I started experiencing excruciating pain in my upper right arm. Doctors visit yesterday revealed a serious bladder infection. Cipro prescribed. I ve tried tylenol and aleve for the pain I am experiencing in my arm. Nothing has phased it. Hi,

Welcome to health care magic,

As you have already been diagnosed as a bladder infection (means urinary tract infection) and started treatment then there is no need to bother about it.

You can take diclofenac 100 mg or naproxen 500 mg as a pain killer if you are facing excruciating pain over arms which has not been relieved by taking Tylenol.

You should continue antibiotics (quinolones specially ciprofloxacin) to combat urinary infection completely with other symptomatic treatment like analgesics, antininflammtories and serratiopeptidases.

So,it would be advisable to do regular follow-up at your treating physician or urologist for further treatment.

Regards,
