Suggest Medication For Anxiety Which Elevates The Heart Rate

Hi, so I feel like I have anxiety but I am not too sure...I am not overexaggerating when I say this but I have a really hard time sitting still. I feel so anxious all the time. It escalates when I think of my future plans. My heartrate speeds up and it s affecting my stomach. I can feel it affecting my weight as well because I get that feeling of stress mixed with worries and excitement all at the same time and I can hardly eat. I don t understand why I feel this way. At first I thought I was being over dramatic but now it s concerning me and my health. Do I need to see a doctor for anxiety?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello

As your anxiety is affecting your routine activities, you must consult a psychiatrist.
This is mostly anxiety disorder.

Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.

Drugs like klonopin (prescription drug) when taken at the time of intense anxiety can also help.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.
