Suggest Medication For An Infection In The Throat

I feel as though I have catarrh stuck at the back of my nose/throat at the top, i went to see my GP and he gave me tablets for my stomach as I am also getting blocked nasal passage at night and he thought it was my stomach acids, these have helped my stomach but i still feel as though i have catarrh in my throat, but its not all the time,i have been stressed also

It may be due to sore throat or upper respiratory tract infection.

For detailed evaluation you may require clinical examination by ENT surgeon.

You may require antibiotics after consultation.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Continue saline or betadine gargles twice a day.

Take hygienic food and water
