Hi, Scab formation inside the nose may be due to many reasons, mostly due to inflammation inside the nose. Allergy is the most common cause of inflammation inside nose. Also in this case, watering in eyes and itching eye are also symptoms of allergy. Scratching inside of nose may be due to itching in nose or a feeling of presence of scabs inside nose. Removal of scabs may cause bleeding below the scabs and hence, a bloody nose. As the reason, in your case seems more an allergic than infective, hence some oral antiallergic may help relieving the symptoms along with some antiallergic drops in eyes. Drinking plenty of water and non-caffeinated liquids to help body flushing mucus naturally out of nose. Applying warm, wet wash cloth over nose several times a day as well as saline nasal spray will help healing of scabs and relief from pain. However, if fever is also there, then a course of antibiotic may be needed to control any infection, if present. Take care. Hope I have answered your question.
