Suggest Medication For An Erectile Dysfunction
I am Chennai resident, 59 years old and type 2 diabetic patient since 15 years and my present weight is 95kg and height 66"since 30 years. I have 2 childrren, one boy aged 22 years and girl 18 years. I am working in UAE as a computer operator since 20 years and used to go on vacation once in two years. Now I have lumbar spine stenosis in three levels L1,L2&L3 which was diagnozied by MRI in Jan 2008. I have taken Occupuncture with siddha medicine in the year 2009 in Chennai and my bachache is almost 60% cured. Now my orthopeadic doctor advised me not to indulge in sexual intercourse, but occassionally I do whenever I visit India, because I cannot control my physical desire. Pl. let me know whether it will affect my future life if I continue this till my death and without operating my disc problem? My doctor has prescribled me Levitra 20mg for erectile dysfunction which is of no use. Without getting hardness, I am ejaculating within seconds if touch the pubic hair of my wife without satisfying her. Is there any permanent solution for this? Pl. let me know the problem if my semen is swallowed by my wife? Sometime I used to intake the vaginal discharge when I become aroused, is there any problem doing this? Some times I am getting ejaculation which seeing some hot movies in UAE, is it normal to my health. I request you to reply to these questions at the earliest. Based on your statement I would state that you are known diabetic since last 15 years and facing problem of Erectile Dysfunction .
Your problem of erectile dysfunction is basically due to two factors
1) Long term Diabetes which causes diabetic neuropathy that involves the nerve concerned in process of erection
2) With advancing age there is fall in serum Testosterone levels in blood which also accounts for Ed
3) There is generalized atherosclerosis after the age of 50 years which also involves arteries supplying blood to penis resulting in reduced blood flow to erectile tissue in penis leading to Erectile Dysfunction .
Since you have tried Levitra and not getting hard erection I would suggest you to take intracavernosal injection of Alprostadil (Caverjet).This will definitely help you to get good hard erection to have enjoyable sex
