Hello and thank you for asking Healthcaremagic.

I am Dr.Endri Katro and i will answer at your question.

Acidity can be managed through medication (H2 blockers, proton pump inhibitors like prilosec omeprasole) You need a prescription for these products by your doctor to determine the dose and the rate.

Now here are some advice to lower the acidity through diet and to have less symptoms like burning sensation
-try to have 4 or 5 low portion each day instead of 2 or 3 heavy meals
-low fat diet
-fresh fruits and vegetables
-plenty of water
-no alcohol diet,or as little as possible
-no spicy,fries or fast food
-don't eat just before going to bad

If you have any other question, feel free to contact me.

Regards.
