I seem to have a constant stomach gases and most often have stomach pains, I never goes away even when I take these analgesics to cure it. I am able to poop though but it very smelly with some mucus. am get a bit of relief when I get some bowl movement but generally I always seems to have a discomfort in my stomach.
-Take Simethicone medication. -Avoid chewing gum. -Limit your intake of carbonated drinks. -Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils. -Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw. -Use lactose-free dairy products.
