Suggest Medication For Abdomen Pain Due To Diarrhea

I had bilatteral TKR Jan 31st this year. Went on vacation from West virginia to New Hampshire no problems goin to NH but got stuck in traffic due to weather related accidents and took 18 hours straight to get back to WV. My abdomon started hurting on the way home when I got home I noticed that my feet and legs were greatly swollen. I need to mention since my surgery I have almost continually had diarrhea and discomfort in my right abdomen and into my back. The Dr, thought it was my Gal Bladder and did an ultra sound and Gal Bladder Scan which both were normal. The edema went down in my feet and legs within three days but the discomfort in my belly increased, fever 100 normal 97.6, diarreha only no matter what i eat and with bentyl and lomitol. I went to the Dr. She found edema in my abdomenal cavity said due to just having surgery, travel and elevation change. She ran a Metobolic panel, CBC, Urine and added a Micro Albumin( she forgot to do when I have my physical-Type 2 but my A!C last 6 mos was 5.9 before that 6 and 5.9, 5.9 and I take 15 mg Actos daily) My white count was 14.5 and my micro albumin was 63 no infection in the urine but gross blood. I have has blood in my urine for 18 years. last sycopic and bilateral retrograde pyelogram was Dec 2008, everything looked very good. Still have a fever and my whole abdomen hurts and diarrehea. Help I need to go to work.
