Suggest Medication For A Painful Lump On The Testicle

My boyfriend has a painful lump on his testicle. He has no other symptoms. He had a ultra sound done today and could see that the lump wasn t attached to the inner testicle. The tec said it looked like fluid. A possible infection. I don t understand this as I was not in the room. Doing my own online research I have seen that the only infections that could cause this are Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. We are both faithful as far as I know and we have had no burning sensation while peeing or any other complications. I am un sure what this could really be? I guess the pictures of the ultra sound are being reviewed and we are going to find out the results but we haven t herd anything yet and im getting no answers. NEED HELP

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Hydatid Cyst of Morgagni/ or could be Spermatocele / or TVH-Hydrocele./ or could be Varicocele.
All these could cause painful lump on testicle.
Relying on your history check up with dermatologist, and rule out the above possibilities after Ligase chain reaction to test STD if need be.
Urologist would do justice to fix diagnosis and treatment if Dermatologist clears you.
