Suggest Medication For A Lump On The Ear Lobe

my 7 year old daughter recently ahd her ears pierced and one ear swelled up so bad you could not see the earring anymore, then oozed blood. we took the earring out and cleaned the ear with antimicrobial soap then a sea salt soak. there is a small bump with puss on the back of the lobe. what shall we do next. she had the pierced at the mall, and i don't think they can help much.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that there have been infection at the site of ear piercing and it has led to inflammation and swelling and there has been bleeding..
A small bump filled with pus behind the ear piercing seems to be an abscess secondary to infection..
I would suggest you to consult a General Physician and get evaluated and he can advise her antibiotics like amoxicillin..
Cleaning the area with antiseptic solution and application of antibiotic ointment and steroid ointment can help..
In case if the lump is large incision and drainage can be done for faster relief..
