Suggest Medication For UTI

Hiii....doc.from last few days i was suffering from uti very badly.....today my doc suggest me to take...urikind.....fembio.....cipzox niftran...is these meds r gud fr preventing my infection or i will take smthing else with them..nd pls tell me some instant releif medicine bcse its paining too much in my ureter...

hi i am dr.rlv phani kumar md.i would be glad to answer your question,as per my observation due to irrational use of antibiotics many of the antibiotics have developed resistance,i would suggest you to get a early morning mid stream urine culture and sentitivity,check for blood sugar levels to rule out diabetes,kidnly start with tab.percin(prulifloxacin)600 mg once daily for five days mean while waiting for culture report,along with that kindly take syrup cital(citralka)10 ml with a glass of water thrice daily,kindly review back with urine culture and sensitivity report.
