Suggest Medication For PCOD

Its been 10 days since i missed my period..i had a home pregnancy test which was positive..I m suffering from PCOD but my last menstrual cycle was normal without OCP's..I also used a morning after pill within 48hrs of intercourse..also since last 4 weeks i m doing heavy workout at gym..no nausea or vomiting feeling..can I be pregnant..what should I do to confirm and abort

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion as your urine pregnancy test is positive already get a pelvic ultrasonography and b HCG testing because it can be an early pregnancy or worse ectopic tubal pregnancy and then visit a gynecologist with reports
And from next cycle onwards start using a regular method of contraception because emergency pill cause a risk of ectopic more than normal public.
