im a uk guy in new delhi india with hiv and feeling sick
im 45 5.10 and hiv since 93 was in hosp two mths ago in nepal with bacterial ecoli and pnewmonia and am sick again have a bacteria now called klesabella oxytoca and had loads of bad blood results today and feel very worn out and am very drawn in the face am very anxious here in my hotel room and very frightened

Hi, first of all do your CD4 count and viral load. And then start ART aniti retroviral therapy. Its the medication against hiv. Cintain various druds like zidovudin, lamivudine, nevirapin, efavirnz and many more. Standards are set for doses and schedule by WHO.consult physician and take treatment accordingly.
