Suggest Mediaction For Green Stools With Thread Like Content In An Infant

My 8 month old baby boy is having a bad stomuch since last 45 days or so. Stool Colour is green, scattered, some black colour thread like content is there, pus cells is 15-20. Becigyl was given by doctor alongwith other medicine and Isomyl, was advised to stop / reduce mother feeding. Please tell me the correct status of my baby s health and the cure.
