Suggest Me Treatment For Spinal Disc Desiccation?

Hi I have spinal disc desiccation. I saw it on a MRI scan. I am 14 however it is very sore. How can I fix it? I am going to a sports physician and a physic yet it doesn t seem to be getting better. The MRI also showed fluid in the lumber spine region.What do you think is wrong with my back. It hurts when i sit down and epecially when i walk

Spinal Disc Dessication can be due to lots of reasons
It can be due to Spondylosis or Trauma or even inflammation
First we need to find the cause and fix it

In your case, you also have fluid in the lumbar spine region. So there is some other problem which needs to be fixed
