Suggest Me Medication For Typhoid Fever With Slight Sore Throat

I have been diagnosed with ´´typhoid fever´´ I am taking medication ´´Ciprofloxacino´´ 500mg this is my 5th-day., and have developed.. slight sore throat, light stomach cramping, back pain has increased and very chilled. Should i be concerned¿ thank-you!

I read your query,
I would advise you to
>Take Diphenhydramine + Dextromethorphan for cough.
> Take hot water in a cup, add 1 table spoon salt in it. Perform gargles (mouth wash) with it three times a day for at least 3 days. It will give soothing effect.
>Take acetaminophen 1000mg twice daily for pain.
Rest you can continue with rest of your treatment.
-AVOID:
> Chilled water
> Drinks
> Spicy food
