Suggest Me About My Systolic, Diastolic Pressure And Pulse Rate

my systolic was143, my diastolic pressure was 100, and pulse rate 91, i am 42 is this good or bad and what does it mean for my health ? please help...

Hi, and welcome to Healthcare Magic, it seems it is early stages of Hypertension,
or sometimes it is called borderline Hypertension but please do not tense or anxious
or lose sleep, lower your salt intake, do not add salt from the salt shaker, slowly quit smoking if you smoke sleep for at least 8 hours get an appointment form your Doc,
fast for 8-10 hours and go see him so that he could test you for Diabetes and take your Lipid and Liver profile.
