Suggest me about my ECG report

Hello Sir, My MRI scan report says 1) Transitional vertebra at lumbosacral junction with sacralization of L5. 2) Diffuse annular bulge at L3-L4 level causing mild indentation over the thecal sac. 3) Diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 level without any impingement over the thecal sac. As per ANTI NUCLEAR ANTIBODIES test report, 1) HEp 20-10 cells: Nucleoplasm coarse granular Fluorescence (+ve), Cytoplasm (-ve) 2) Primate Liver: -ve Immuno Fluorecence in Nucleus and Cytoplasm ANA - WEAK POSITIVE Pl suggest medication
