Suggest Management Of Postpartum Malaise, Shortness Of Breath And Heart Palpitations

Hi, i am a 24 year old female and since the birth of my baby 2 years ago my feet swell daily and i am always feeling tired and irritated!!! I have pain in my legs or lower back daily and my muscles tend to tens up! I also have shortness of breath often or the feeling that i cant breath, almost like a panick attack including heart palpitations but i am a smoker and have sufferd from asthma as a child but Ive always put it out of my mind by thinking it was due to the hustle and bustle of being a new mom and housewife but latley ive been worrying!!! Any advice?

Hi, I think you can be having Anemia and calcium deficiency. Get a haemoglobin level and serum calcium level done. You can take some iron and calcium supplements along with some multivitamin. Get a ECG done to rule out any cardiac cause of palpitations. Get yourself evaluated by a physician properly. Hope it helps.
