L5S1 Disc Bulge and Left Side Back Pain Since Last 6 Years.dear sir, i am suffering from l5 s1 disc bulge and pain in lower leg since last two months. my mri report month of October,2010 is MRI of the Lumbosacral spine reveals subtotal disc dessication at L5-S1 level with posterocentral disc bulge at this level) I have visited many doctors but did not get any relief. pls advice i am in distress pain in lower leg and can not walk os stand. thanks a lot Jaiveer Singh, Dehradun E.Mail : YYYY@YYYY

In your case, treatment consists of NSAID and/or anti-neuralgic drug use, physical therapy for one month. If these fail to improve your condition, epidural spinal injections may help you. Discuss with a spine specialist for these issues.
