Suggest Management Of Anxiety With Treatment For Trace Mitral Regurgitation

it's my first time. I,mfrom Greese but now i live in ca.I will like to ask about citalopram and attivan i take for anxiety, im afrait of die fom heart attack,i lost my mother 1 year ago she wass 61 and smoking 2 pack a day i don't smok.I did all the test for the heard and the tolt me i'm ok the only the font is trace mitral regurgitation, and they say it's normal and buck in greese i have a friend cardiologist and he tolt me in Greece we don't even say to the people. Please can you tell me your opinion.

Trace mitral regurgitation is nothing to worry about.
You should continue with yuor drugs citalopram and ativan for anxiety.
Keep a regular follow-up with your physician and get 6-monthly ECG done to keep track of your cardiac status.
