I have suffered extraintestinal Crohn s disease since the early 1990 s - I m 61 years old. I had to quit my job with Chevron Corporation when my symptoms became out-of-control. I have another case of pyoderma gangrenosum and again; the Doctors give me blank stares when I seek help. I ve taken care of many outbreaks of pyoderma gangrenosum with the help of a General Practioner (locally) and he would prescribe medication based on the research I presented him. My present Family Doctor (30 year NAVY ret.) referred me (for my first visit) to a Retired Navy Dermatologist (20 year man). Location is Pensacola, FL. My present ulcer has grown over the past two years and I am having a Big Problem in just Covering the lesion with the best protection I can apply to my ulcer after being cleansed. All I ask for is a coverage that will give me 12 hours of sleep. I could cope with it in the morning. Got any suggestions? Not an easy case, for sure! jeff
