Suggest Lubricating Eye Drops After Blepharoplasty

My left eye developed a small yellowish-white bump on lacrimal caruncle and it is very itchy. This happened after using refresh lubricating eye drops for 5 days following upper and lower blepharoplasty. I have bought Systane,
Similisan and tears natural and they all provoke the same response in both eyes. However left eye is worse. I am using Bepreve and that has helped but I need to lubricate my eyes which are slightly dry after the surgery. I don't know what lubricating eye drop to use.
