Suggest Homeopathic Treatment For Pemphigus
Hello Doctor,
My wife is suffering from Pemphigus from last 8months. She is undergoing treatment and having prednisone and celcept. She started taking Prednisone of 60mg and reducing .25gr monthly. Presently the dosage is 13.5grms. Besides this, she is having celcept 2grms daily with some Vitamin D Tablets. Due to these medicines, her health is getting worst. She already reduced 10kgs and her face is bulging. So, is there any alternative treatment like homeopathy so that she can get cure soon and maintain health.

Pemphigus is an auto-immune illness of skin & mucous membrane forming blisters which later burst to form ulcers or sores.
Steroids and immunosuppressants are usually prescribed in such conditions.
In Homeopathy there are good medicines for Pemphigus like Arsenicum Album, Psorinum, Lachesis, Merc sol, Sulphur, Sepia, Rhus tox, etc.
You may consult a Homeopath for a detailed case history for further management.
We cannot stop her previous medication immediately because that may cause flaring up of her current status of illness. These medications can be tappered down once we know that Homeopathic medicines are holding and symptoms are subsiding.
With Homeopathic medicines side effects of Allopathic medicines should subside.
