Suggest Home Remedy For Sore And Swollen Hands
Yes I work in a warehouse as a picker. So I pick product and put it in totes. My hands are sore and swollen I ve been at this job for about 6 months. Every morning when I wake up I can barely close my hands there that sore... Wondering if there s a home remedy that I could do to help them. Maybe soaking them in something... Any ideas would be helpful...

Your symptoms are suggestive of rheumatoid arthritis. It is an arthritis of small joints of hands and usually involves both hands equally. Soreness that you are talking about is morning stiffness. Sgmptoms include restricted mobility of affected joints, joints stiffness, and pain. You start taking tablet naproxen 500mg twice daily and get your following investigations done for diagnosis and management. Blood Complete picture, Serum ACPA levels, RA levels, X-ray both hands.
