Suggest Home Remedy For Acne

hello sir, my name is raj kamal singh. I am 20 year old boy with a problem of something like acne or say ghamori on my face. I was using valvet skin cream from a long time for curing it and offcourse it solved the problem but whenever i leave it just for single night, the next day a lot of acne starts coming on my face again. I want a permanent solution for this, please recommend any home remedies because i don t want to use any medication on my face now. Presently i am not using the cream from 4 days and a lot of acne has come on my face.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne on face and these are reoccurring which is because there are clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected . I would suggest you to use face wash containing salicylic acid twice a day and apply cream containing azelaic acid which is natural extract and safe for use .You should wash your face with tea tree oil is very right. Exfoliate your skin once in a week to remove the dead skin. You can go for home remedy for acne like application of mashed potatoes on skin and drink green tea in morning daily. Apply Adapelene gel once at night. If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist again for proper diagnosis and to rule out any underlying condition . Doctor may prescribe isoteritenoin , steroid ointment or antibiotics course. Take Multivitamin supplements.
