Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Melesma causes dark pigmented spots on face and is commonly due to hormonal imbalances..
You need to take certain over the counter depigmenting topical medications for reducing pigmentation..
You can wash your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
Apply Vitamin E gel at night..
Take Vitamin C supplements..
Scrub your face twice a day with gentle scrub..
Avoid sun exposure..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora..
