Hello dear Understand your concern There is no diet which causes abortion successfully.First you have to confirm the pregnancy by Urine pregnancy kit/ blood HCG/USG. For medical termination of early intrauterine pregnancy up to 9 week (pre abortion USG is needed), you can use the gynecologist s prescribed abortion kit. You should use it under the observation of gynecologist. Gynecologist s advice. drug schedule and route of administration should be followed. By procedure mifepristone 600 mg orally should be followed by misoprostol 400 ug orally or vaginally after 24 hour, another two tablet after 4 hour if needed. If no bleeding , another dose should be taken under the observation. Do not use this drug at home without proper advice and observation as it cause excessive bleeding, failure of medicine , severe cramp that require special care and treatment. Follow up USG is mandatory after 14 days to find complete abortion process/incomplete abortion. Use safe sex practicee in future to avoid unwanted pregnancy.
