Suggest Home Remedies For Recurring Sore Throat Causing Difficulty In Swallowing

I constantly get sore throats. It is extremely painful to swallow. I explain the pain like having a stiff neck but on my tonsils. Along with this pain is coughing. I tend to get very lumpy swollen tonsils. Also in the crevices of these bumbs come growths. Mainly white and firm. I think they are called tonsil stones. But now I have a green/black one. What can I do for this at home? I have pictures if you would like to see them.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Just home remedies may not work for you as your throat infection appears severe.
First get treated with appropriate antibiotics and nasal decongestants. In the meantime, do salt water gargling with warm water thrive a day followed by Chlorhexidine mouth wash to keep your oral hygiene good.
You can use ginger and honey with tulsi as a home remidy once things are under control.
