General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to Gastroesophageal reflux. Taking proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole ( Nexium ) for long term like 6 weeks will be helpful to clear this. Avoid fatty, spicy and greasy foods. Carbonated drinks ,alcohol and smoking should be avoided also. Take your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
