Suggest Home Remedies For Hair Fall And Regrowth

Hi, I am 21 year old engineer and I am suffering from hair fall from last 1 year.I am live in hostel from last 6 year so diet is not healthy and may be water change is also a issue. Recently I visit Doctor for this she suggested me as folley fast lotion and some tablets of B10.so can I start this course ?I am confuse about it.pls suggest me some natural tips to avoid hair fall and recover my growth.This lotion and tablets are good and healthy for me?

Causes of hair fall includes:
1. Environmental factors
2. Stress
3. Deficiency of certain minerals, vitamins & amino acids in diet. e.g. Iron, zinc, Vit B complex, lysine.
4. Hormonal factors, etc.

FOLIFAST lotion consists of Benzyl Nicotinate, Vitamin K & Salicylic Acid which are used as conditioning agents.
Vitamin B10 has also been proven to play an important role in preventing hair loss.

So, the medicines as prescribed by your treating Doctor are correct.
Please continue them as advised.

There is no need to worry.
Your hairs will grow back again.
