You can use gynecologist prescribed abortion kit after confirming intrauterine pregnancy less than 9 week of gestation by USG scan under the observation of doctor. This medical treatment is safe if done under proper guidance of gynecologoist and it does not affect the future pregnancies. Mifepristone 600 mg orally should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally after 24 hour. Bleeding and cramps occur after using pill that last for 4-7 days.
