Suggest Healthy Ways To Loss Weight

I am a 5 foot 3 inch female of 8 stone , so am quite slim. I go to the gym for vigorous excercise 4 times a week and would not be possible to healthily lose any weight yet I have what is believed to be very bad violin deformity, the indent between my hips and thighs is very prominent. Is there anything I can do?

Hai,

As going to gym and burning the calories is appreciated. but you need to have a check with your food intake.

avoid junk,fired and high calorie fat foods. take more vegetables in salad form and fruits in raw form.

prepare steamed food.

Don't take heavy food in night.(full stomach with fried,complex diet)
Take as earlier around 7-8 pm.

Don't go to bed immediately after taking food. leave a gap for 2 hours.

avoid day time sleep.
