Suggest Healthy Way To Gain Weight

I am 20 years old, 180cms tall, and I weigh only 68 kgs. I used to weigh ~75kgs till six months ago but I started losing weight. I want to gain considerable amount of weight. I don t mind exercising. I need a good physique, for that I need to bulk up first. Please help.

You are having a good body mass index. Exercising is good. Improve your muscle mass by exercising. An egg a day - the white part is good. You can also try protein supplements available in the market which help in muscle building.
