Suggest Healthy Diet For A Child To Promote Weight Gain

Hello Doctor, my kid is 2.8 years old boy baby. At birth he was 2.3 kg. Now he is only 11.5 kg only. He prefers to eat only idly pongal and Dal rice with sambar. he not like the even single fruits and not like curd and sweets.. Please advice how to change his diet and give some diet to increase his weight.

Hi, I understand your concern. You should feed him 5 times a day. Add enzymes syrup for 1-2 months, Darolac 1 capsule once a day for 1 month.
For instance, Menu for 1 day:
1. Alu tiki or mashed potato 200.0 with butter 5,0
Egg every alternative day
2.Sandvich
3.Vegetable soup with rice or dal or noodles,olive oil 5,0
4.Yogurt blended with 50,0 of curd, fruits.
5.Milk porridge with buckwheat,rice,musli,oat,corn or sudgi. You can give pumpkin or rice kheer
