Suggest Healthy Diet And Lifestyle To Prevent Heart Disease

Well i am 27 year old 74 kg , 172 cm height... i am a very sensitive guy and want to live a healthy life always, i think as i am doing night shift and doing 2 to 3 times sex in a week and 2 to 3 times non veg like chicken and mutton. i think i might get heart problems later..pls tell me what diet i should take and how much...also what things can prevent me to save my heart.like what things i should follow to make my heart always healthy. Coz i really fear for heart problems...

Hi,
Good its good to be always health conscious,
Some points to remember to keep you and your heart healthy,
Do regular exercises,at least 3 times a week,walking jogging,
Don't use lift prefer stairs,
Don't add extra table salt to any food,
Try to eat baked,boiled,roasted food instead of fried,deep fried food,
Eat salad with every food,avoid cold drinks
Avoid greasy oily,and don't add extra butter to any food.
Check your body mass index regularly and restrict your diet accordingly,
Go for outings go your self time to get relax and live a healthy life.
