Suggest Health Benefit Of Oats Meal

Respected sir,
My name is Puneet Dusadh. My age 19 yrs 6 month and my weight is 55.2 kg. I was start gym around 4-5 month before. Plz tell me for oats are benefit for me?? Oats are help to increase my weight?? What it's benefit?? And how i increase my weight???

As per your query you have started gym 4-5 month and want know about benefits of oat meal . Well oat meal is very healty diety which has many benfits like :-

- It is a low calorie food that stops cravings.
- It provides high levels of fiber, low levels of fat, and high levels of protein.
- It stabilizes blood sugar and reduces risk of diabetes specially type 2 .
- Removes your bad cholesterol .
- It is gluten-free and safe for those who are allergic to it .
- It contains lignans which protect against heart disease and cancer.
- Enhances immune response to disease.

But it is not known to cause weight gain . If you want to gain weight then you should take mass gainer gym products ( like whey protein ) with prior consultation of your gym instructor .
