General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi. Thanks for posting on hcm.
For my patients I would like to start treatment with lifestyle modifications. For you I would suggest start with lifestyle modifications starting with regular exercises atleast 30 minutes each day or a brisk walk everyday cut down fatty foods and carbs better consult a dietician who would give a proper diet plan if alcoholic avoid it. Last resort would be mediactions as they may have side effects. Strong motivation and patience is necessary for weight loss as the results are seen in the long run but not immediately.
Hope this helps you.
Regards
