Suggest Food To Be Taken In 7th Month Of Pregnancy

hi,now im in seventh month of my pregnancy what type of food i have to suggest and my husband is not with me he went to abroad how to take care of my body and health.
age 21
height 160 cm
weight 57
LMP date 5/11/10 ( but it was not correct said by doctors)

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion good nutritional diet is very important in pregnancy for proper growth of fetus and good health of the mother.Take green leafy veggies,fresh fruit juice daily ,and fruits,milk,high protein diet,meat ,fish and eggs .Take adequate fluids upto 3 litres per day to prevent urinary infections because urine infections are more common during 2 nd trimester.
