Suggest Exercises To Lose Excess Fat On Thighs And Hips

i am 20 years old , girl,54 kgs ,height is 5" only so according to dis i am overweight.
and the main problem is that i am hevy from bottm part, i mean my thighs and hips r heavy.
and i want to loose bottom fat plz suggest me some gud excercise without going to a gym

I have gone through your query.Jogging is a good overall body exercise which help your thighs and hips also.Do jogging in atleast 8 km per hour speed.You can do skipping squatting and cycling exercises helps so much in loosing thighs and hip fat.Dieting is also necessary.Decrease intake of fats oils and sweets.Take more vegetables as raw salads and green leafy vegetables in your diet.Take more water also.Hope this may help you.
