Suggest Exercises To Gain Weight

I m 18 and weigh 40 kg (159cm), I eat healthy food three meals a day and one snack I never ever skipped a meal, I also walk on the treadmill 5 times a week 30 minutes, but still there is no increasing in my weigh, it s been more than a year with the same number each time I check (40kg). Should I consider lifting to gain muscle or? Please help me.

you need general examination and re of stool and urine. take balanced diet, little higher protien and regular exercise. take course of deworming like albendazole. you will start gaining weight in natural mway.
