Suggest Exercises To Avoid Pain On Achilles Tendons

I have been having trouble with both my achellies tendons on both heels .Both are really stiff and sore any time I get still for awhile. It hurts my heels when I sleep on my back with my heels resting on the matresse. Are there any exercises I can do.

I have understood your trouble. see heel pain can be treated with so many ways. in 80% the pain will be due to stiff or tight gastrocnemius or calf muscles. other reason may be plantar fascia inflammation or bony spur gears n heel. you can to physiotherapy and take ultrasound for 21 days with 1.5w/cm² 1mhz for 10 min daily. exercise to stretch calf and plantar fascia which decreases pain. ankle toe active movement can be very helpful.
